Tenants

Galemba Property Management is dedicated to the comfort and security of our tenants. We are employed by property owners and investors who want to ensure that their properties are well maintained. We show our available properties for rent to prospective tenants and make sure they understand all the benefits and features. If you are interested in proceeding with the leasing process, we ask you to complete a rental application. You will typically be notified within 24 hours about the credit status of your application.

If you are living in home managed by Galemba Property Management, we will continue to work with you for the duration of your lease. We collect rents and handle maintenance and tenant issues.

Our staff performs regular on-site inspections of all properties. All service calls, maintenance, tenant issues and concerns are handled through our office. We coordinate quality on-site repairs and general maintenance.
